Card won't connect to new account

I have removed my debit crd from all existing accounts and PayPal is still saying another account is using it. I've tried calling them for help but the automated voice machine is annoying and won't let me speak to anyone. please help me

You would need to allow at least 72 hours before trying to add it to another account to allow paypals system to play catch up and recognise its been removed from your old account.

 

However how many accounts have you had and why do you need to keep opening new ones?
