Card declined

Hello, I hope you are well, I made a debt card yesterday and tried to link it to this account but there were and issue so I tried over and over again, but it wasn't confirmed form my bank (apparently I had to wait for 24 hr) and now it got confirmed but it tells me that it is declined when I try to link it (maybe because of I tried a lot yesterday) so please tell me how to remove it from the declined list and let me be able to link it, thank you so much.

It takes a few days for the code to be sent to your card account so that you can confirm the card.

However you can only request the code x2, if you keep just clicking over and over then you would had run out of options.
