Card Blocked by Paypal

Hello.  I tried to confirm my debit card but unfortunately, I typed the wrong verification code and it showed me a message that if I want to use my cart again I should contact paypal. I wrote them a couple of messages but no one replied to me and then I decided to link my debit card on my mother's paypal account and it is succesfully linked now but when I made an order form another website and payed the price for my order via paypal it showed me a message the money that I paid are blocked. What should I do now?

If the billing address of your card does not match the address on the paypal account to which it is linked then it may well be blocked.

It may also be blocked if you have tried and failed to add it too many times to a paypal account.

As you have not said what country you are in i can't give you a link with more info on that one.
