I can't withdraw money from my paypal account. It's restricted. It goes like this:
1.) Authorize in my paypal account
2.) Notification appears "We need more information to resolve a problem with your account."
3.) I click on a link of this notification
4.) there is info: Your account access is limited To view and resolve the limitations that have been applied on your account, you can visit the account limitations page.
5.) I click on a button / link "Go to Account limitations"
6.) Opens up: Your account access is limited. Confirm your information
7.) I click on "Resolve" button
8.) Pop-up window appears:
Please confirm your identity to avoid any service interruptions.
In compliance with the regulatory requirements in your country, we need to confirm your personal and business identity.
9.) I click on "Get started"
10.) Page appears with: Verify your account using your credit card Confirm credit card.
On left side there are bullet points with green check symbols: Personal information, Proof of identity, Proof of address, Business information
11.) I click on "Next"
12.) Balance page appears with sections: Balance, Banks, Credit and debit cards
13.) What should I click now? I guess go to Credit and debit cards and click on existing one I have already added and already check before with confirmation code.. Ou well lets click on that
14.) I click on my existing added Credit and debit card
15.) Page "Credit cards" appears - there is one item - my existing credit / debit card. It has bold status info: Accepts PayPal withdrawals.
I have only two options here. Either: Add a Cards (what I don't want and/or need to do) or Edit existing one. When I edit existing one - there is nothing to add / change there.
When I try to transfer to Bank my money I receive message: There’s an issue with your PayPal account. Please go to our
Resolution Center so we can help you resolve this quickly. and than I am back to step 4. And so I am stuck and cant get my money.
