Hi there I sent a payment request to a friend but he paid me in cash. Now I cant remove the payment request. I get the message 'We're experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment.' Please try again later.
This has been like this for two months. Can anyone advise please. Thanks.

Cancelling an Invoice or Money Request will not remove this from your History Log. However, the Invoice or Money Request will show a Payment Status of 'Cancelled' in your History. If the payment status does not show cancelled please reach out to us on Facebook, Twitter. phone or email and we would be happy to look into this for you.
