Cant' login into Paypal on my PC but can on the mobile app using the same password.

Hi, I'm having trouble logging into paypal on my PC.

I get this message "We're sorry, we can't log you in"

I reset my password and I still get the same error on 2 different browsers.

I downloaded the paypal app for my mobile and the new password works there and I can login to the app but not on a browser on my PC.

 

Any help please?

I can't contact customer service because I need to login to be able to do that.

Update on this is that I was able to log in to my account on PC again this morning.

We are sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have been experiencing. You may just need to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser. If you need help doing this, go to your browser's support page, or do a web search on how to clear cookies and cache for your internet browser type and version.

This is the new norm. Either they can't or won't fix the problem of not being able to use both (mobile app and desktop), you have to pick one and stick with it. If you use one it throws the other off and Paypal thinks you've been compromised, hence asking you to change your password.
