Cant log-in: Couldnt verify its you.

Hi,

My friend has failed to verify himself using SMS code, as his phone was on airplane mode and he did not notice. 

Now, all it says is: Couldn't verify it's you.

 

  • He received No e-mail about his PayPal being frozen.
  • He can not log - in at all, therefore, he can not create any posts on the forum. 
  • No one is picking up the phone on the customer service.
  • There is no option for him to contact support AT ALL. 
  • He can not create a new password or send a verification code to his e-mail as it doesn't let him do it. 
  • The whole "Help center" is looped, endlessly re-directing from one "solution" to another, leading to NOWHERE.
  • There is a lot of money on that account and it must be accessed quickly, as a part of his business.

He got to the point when there is no solution and I was asked to make a thread here so he can find any help. The whole system PayPal customer service is working is a JOKE. It is unacceptable for such a large company to deal with user's problems this way. 

 

Anyway, any ideas, anyone?
