I’m not able to get into my old account due to me changing phone numbers and I’m unable to receive the code to verify I had some sale from eBay and it sent the payment there I’ve tried messaging Paypal for a week now and I’m at a lost I’ve had no one customer service person help me find a solution is there anything I can do since calling and speaking to agent isn’t possible now
