Cant Verify its me

I live outside the U.S. and i can’t pull money from my account because for whatever reason I can’t be verified and the surprisingly horrible customer service Paypal has I can’t do anything about it because of no available customer service reps the whole time they are open so what should I do

If you do not live in the U.S then why are you using a U.S paypal account?

Its against paypal rules to use another countries paypal account and it would never work properly for you anyway.

You need to close this one if you can and open one in your own country.
