So I got an email saying that my info has been change and I went to check and log into my paypal which it didn't let me at first so then I check my gmail account and said there was a Russian phone number logged in on my account and I then removed that phone from my email and changed my password to a longer and different password. I then went to paypal and change my password there, but I can't log in because the dude that got my information change my phone for 2FA to his phone. So now I am stuck here with nothing to do because PayPal Customer Service on the phone doesn't work because of COVID. I had to make a new paypal account to even type a message here so if someone can get back to me that would be great.
