When I login to my account the screen asking which language comes up.When requesting summary page the above page blocks it meaning I cannot withdraw.I can access the other pages. Paypal refers me to resolution center for queries like this but there you can only dispute a transaction. How do I contact paypal to resolve this?It is very frustrating
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
