hi, I keep getting the message 'There's a problem. Right now we're not able to complete this transaction' and a warning triangle, when I try to withdraw my money. I've just had 2 payments from friends in the UK and need to withdraw to my bank.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
