Cannot verify my account to remove sending limits.

Hey guys, first time posting here.

Every time I buy an item I was emailed an email saying that  I need to verify my account so I can have my spending limits removed.

As I never had a code, I requested a new one, waited 3 days, and nothing. Tried the same thing a couple more time and nothing.

Perhaps I'm not looking correctly, but the instructions don't really seem clear to me. 

How should I go about this? Thanks!
