Cannot use bank account through PayPal.

Hi all. I am having a very tough issue that seems to have no solution. I cannot for whatever reason use my bank account through PayPal. Thishasn't happened until very recently and I've been trying to fix this for about two weeks now. I have managed to make exactly one transaction through PayPal after trying several solutions but now the problem has reappeared.

 

Here's everything I tried:

  • Checking both accounts to make sure all information matched.
  • Removing my bank account and making a new account using the same bank account. (This caused the one transaction to actually go through.)
  • Removing my bank account and readding it.
  • Talking to customer support (All they could tell me was there was a problem with the bank account and I needed to talk to my bank.)
  • Talking with my bank only for them to tell me nothing was wrong with the account.

I really would appreciate any advice on solving this problem as I legitimately cannot think of another possible solution.
