Cannot upload required document to finish setting up business account.

Payday requires several documents to set up a business account. When I began this process I did not have one (1) document. Upon obtaining the document, I attempted to upload it but there is no way to do so once you have completed the business account application process.
Need advice.

there’s now a new feature that will allow personal account holders to attach a document to a message sent to PayPal through the Secure Message Center!
You can log in to your PayPal account and click on the bell icon, then click on Inbox:
You can go to your messages and begin a new message. Choose the right categories for the query and click to continue. The contact form that comes up will have the option below it to attach files.
Advice is voluntary.

Thanks very much for the tip, however, I cannot get the drop down menu you showed --- i.e. No INBOX available.
Any other ideas/
