In the notification centre there is a message that says "Some of your account information is missing. If we don't receive the information by 1 Feb 2019, you won't be able to receive money in your account." I try to edit my details (date of birth and nationality). However EVERY time I do this and click submit, all I see is a loading page and it never loads. Eventually I have to reload the page but the same message is there.
I need to set up a payment but cannot because of this 😞
Seems to be an ongoing paypal glitch that lots of users are experiencing.
Your only option is to phone customer services and see if they will add it manually for you.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
