I cannot transfer from Paypal to my bank. It says theres a problem with my account and i need to contact paypal. Whats the problem? Ive been having issues with paypal lately. I used to have smooth transfer before. The fee is too expensive but i cannot reach anyone via phone and message. It says no one is available and try again later.
