Cannot receive customer's payment through customised Paypal button

I have received an email notification that I have received a payment. However, I couldn't find the payment in my Paypal account. In addition, I checked the Paypal button for this item and I found it was disappeared. Later, I received another email from Paypal claiming that the account activities had some changes and requested me to provide information. After I clicked the link in the email (the domain is paypal.com, it should be real), it asked me to login and verify my identity by using a SMS code, but my phone number has been terminated for some time and I forgot to update. How can I solve this problem?

 

My customer confirmed that her credit card has finished the payment.
