I cannot log in even though I'm 100% sure my username and password are correct. The only way to log in is to reset my password but then in a few hours time I get the same problem - any ideas, it's driving me nuts.
Same problem here. I use a password manager and have had to change my PayPal password 4 times just today. Been with PayPal and Ebay for 10 years but over the past 2 months paying for anything has been a trauma. I think i will end up closing my account and look for other alternatives because PayPal has become virtually worthless and unusable. Finding solutions through Customer Support have reached a dead end so far. Just getting them to respond is almost impossible.
