I tried to link a bank account (Payoneer) to my PayPal account to transfer the funds I have on the PayPal account; however, unfortunately, I was not succcessful in doing so. I cannot link the Payoneer bank account because PayPal requests my phone number. As soon as I type it, it says that this number is incorrect. How do I manage the problem, please? Thank yoU!
