Cannot find my old paypal password/security answers

Hi,

    Hope you are doing fine and safe. I had an old paypal account (Irish), I have lost the password and security answers of that. But have access to the email address it was opened with.
As paypal customer service is off, could anyone please tell me the process to reset the password of the account

Thanks for reaching the Community for this
concern. Please follow these simple steps to create a new password:

1. Go to the PayPal homepage and click Log in.
2. Click Having trouble logging in?
3. Click Recover it.
4. Select one of the following:
   • If you know your email address, click I don’t know my password. Then enter your email address.
   • If you don’t know your email address, click I don’t know either one. Enter up to 3 email addresses you might have used to sign up for your PayPal account.
5. Enter the code shown in the image.
6. Click Continue and follow the instructions.

Note: When creating a new password, please don’t use the same password you use for your email, eBay account, or other online services
