Cannot find deposits in bank to verify account

Hi I,m in Australia and I can’t locate the deposits in my bank account to verify it and it’s been months. I’ve searched the forums and gone through my statements and I still can’t fix it. Please help!!

Remove and re-add it and then request the code again?

Thank you but it doesn’t allow the removal of the account as there is the pending transactions
