Cannot confirm my account without credit/debit card - but I don't have credit card

Hello, I have a problem with my account. I need to add a credit or debit card to my account to "Resolve account issue" as it says in notification area.

I already confirmed my identity. Now the problem is I don't have a credit card to confirm it!

I do have a debit card, however there is NOT an option to even select a debit card!!

Options are: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express

My debit card is Maestro.

Why I cannot select my debit card to confirm where it says I can add credit or debit but only credit card are options 😞

So what can I do in this situation? Help is appreciated...

Unfortunately, Maestro cards are not able to be linked to PayPal accounts in Slovenia.

So there is nothing I can do? I notice some countries have Maestro card as option. Are there any plans so my country gets this option too?

I would gladly just show Paypal my Maestro debit card number to confirm it.

Anybody else knows what can I do? ( beside getting a credit card 😕 )

If available you could sign up for a prepaid Visa or Mastercard.

If you are offered the ability to link a Slovenia bank account you should be able to verify your PayPal account with that option as well.

When you get your account verified, there is the ability to Top Up your balance through Trustly.
