Cannot confirm its you

Hallo,

 

since I've tried to login from my new windows computer (in Switzerland) I am getting the Message, "Cannot confirm it's you"... now I could login on my Macbook, but after updating the Macbook I am getting the same Message on the Macbook as well. I didn't changed anything.... and cannot call the customer service. Heeeeelp!
