Hi guys,
I have tried to close my Paypal account. Under the cog icon, I hit close account and was then told that I have to contact the customer service.
I have 0.06 CZK (ca. 0.0026 USD) left on my account, no issues ever, no opened cases, requested payments or anything. No bank or credit card linked with the account anymore. Could it be the issue of SOME money being left on my account? If so, I am unable to send them anywhere due to the amount being extremely low.
Are there any other ways of contacting the customer service than the telephone number?
