My account is from portugal but im from brazil, there are 27 cents in my account and i think thats why i cannot close it. i cannot transfer but i wanna close it to create an account in brazil.
Hi @sils1. Hope all is well. Here are the steps on how to close an account. Click Settings next to "Log Out." Click Close your account under "Account options." Enter your bank account number if requested. Click Close Account. Here's what happens when you close your account: Any unpaid money requests are automatically canceled. You lose any unused redemption codes or coupons. Have a blessed day
