I just sold a phone case on ebay and the buyer sent me $5.50 on PayPal. It was on hold and finally, a "Claim It" Button showed up and I clicked it. Then it lead me to this page where I have to secure my account. I clicked "do this later" and it said I had to do that to claim my money. I don't want to enter my information like my Social Security Number but I want to claim my money. Please, if you are able to help or have gone through this situation, please reply.
