Cannot change my name

Posting here since PayPal apparently doesn't have support tickets. 😉

 

I've tried updating my name several times in the last year by following the steps: go to profile settings, upload documents, wait for approval. However, each time I do this, I seem to get stuck in an infinite loop of uploading my documents and ending up right back in the beginning of the change name process. In one case, it seemed the submission went through without the documents being uploaded. Due to this bug, I my name change was rejected weeks later.

 

To make a long story short, the change name process is broken. May I have a human change it for me?
