Cannot add new billing address to my account

Hi! I would love some help if someone is willing to assist. I have been trying to add a new billing address to my linked card however I don't get any feedback it's just stuck and not loading. Please help if possible.

If you have a techie glitch then try clearing your cache/cookies or trying another browser or device.
