Cannot add additional email address

I tried to add another email address to our Business account and received the following message.

You currently have 1 email address added to your account. You can add 6 more. 

Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service. 

 

I've tried with multiple browsers over the past 2 days. I also checked the forums and didn't find a resolution.

Contact customer service for assistance:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and scroll down to click CALL US (or email us, etc).

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
