Cannot access my money

I cannot access the money in my account and the money is supposed bury my mother-in-law today and I cannot get a live agent so I can access my money what do I do

As you haven't said why you can't access it then hard to advise, is it on hold or pending? account limitation?? unable to withdraw the funds???
