Cannot access messages

cannot retrieve message PayPal sent to me in message centre

I cannot access Message Centre through either the app or website. I've complained to PayPal 3 times in the last week about this, but they keep responding using Message Centre even though I have said I can't access it. I am so frustrated and am not being listened to.

I am not able to access messages, have emailed and emailed and emailed, they email back with another message into the message center I cannot access! I have telephoned the Spain help, only in Spanish! No good! So phoned UK for help! Useless, and waited on the phone for 20 minutes! What’s the point of using the service when you cannot get help?
