I have an old paypal account which I cannot log in. I know the password and everytime I try to log-in it says, "We're sorry, we can't log you in. Contact customer service for more help, or try logging in again." I also tried resetting the password, but it says "sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you". So please do help me access my paypal account. Thank you.

You have to make sure that your phone number is active on your PayPal account. Please have a look at this link, it might help you.
