Need serious help! Been trying to speak to an actual person for days in Paypal but cant get through. I have a friend who has a payapl account and used google authenticator to get into his account. Unfortunately he had to reset his phone now the paypal account for his google authenticator is lost and every time he tries to log into paypal, it's asking for a 6 digit code which ne can no longer access. Is there a way a Paypal representative can bypass the 2-step verification on his paypal account and turn it off so he can get into his account.
