I have a paypal cash back mastercard credit card. This is NOT paypal credit.
My credit card functions perfectly but I cannot log into the account to redeem rewards or view recent purchases. There is supposed to be a link to my credit card (synchrony bank) when I log in and view my paypal "wallet" but it is not showing up. I spoke with customer service and they told me to update my browser, which I had already done. This is not the issue and this is not the first time this has happened, it happened in the past but then randomly reappeared. The customer service rep said they would "fix it" but nothing has been done.
Has this happened to anybody else? Is it possible to redeem rewards without being able to access this?
