My father asked me to create a Paypal account for him some years ago so I used my other email account. My father passed way in 2014 (article here: <removed>) and I just received an email from Paypal regarding policy changes to his account. I would like to close that account, but I don't have access to the password and I'm not sure how to close an account like this.
