Can’t verify account

I have received two payments through PayPal but I can’t accept them without being sent to the ‘Verify Account’ page. Every time I’ve been sent to that page I’ve done the same thing, linking my bank account. But my account still isn’t verified and I’m getting very frustrated. Anything helps. Thanks in advance.

Hi @lydiabrownnn,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering the issue of Verifying your account. You've mentioned that you've linked the bank account. Have you also completed the bank confirmation step as well? That would be necessary to have a Verified account.
