I added my new cell phone number and PayPal is saying it does not recognize it. Has anyone else had this issue?
I hope you are doing well during these times, as well as using PayPal but not being able to add some of your personal information to keep your account safe is not working then that's not good at all.
1. Which Country Code are You? ( e.g +44, +1, +35 )
2. How long has it been since you last tried to add it.

Is it a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and verified on your paypal account?
Is it registered in your name?
