I am not receiving text or phone call codes to verify my account, therefore I can't use PayPal to do a purchsase on Ebay. I don't see a way to have the code sent to my email instead. I have wasted a half hour and 3 phone calls in the phone system AND HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED 3 TIMES. Is there a chat support I can use? (without having to receive a code?) Thanks for any ideas - I'm stuck...
