I've been trying to upload some files to PayPal!
Managed to upload the files of my ID, but when I try to upload the files of transaction proofs I keep on getting the same message, no matter what I do: ''We’re sorry, but we’re having trouble uploading your file. Please try again.''
I changed the files from png to jpg
I changed the names, tried with spaces and without spaces
I changed the file sizes, all of them are less than 250kb (mostly around 60kb per file, but one or two are around 250kb)
The descriptions are all around 80-110 words
And everytime I try to upload, I keep on getting the same message.
So does anyone know how to fix this? I really need my account!
