Can’t update personal information

Hi! Since I started my PayPal account, I’ve moved from the US to Argentina. I’m trying to update my phone number (I no longer have the US and only have the Argentinean number) as well as my address, but it does not let me select the option of having Argentinean number nor Argentinean address. It also asks me to confirm my US phone number, which I don’t have anymore, and I can’t change it.
How can I properly update my information?
I also have “Money is waiting for you”, but can’t seem to Accept It as it asks me information as if I lived in the US, but I don’t, and it doesn’t give me another option.
I really appreciate your help.
