Can't remove non-primary phone nr.

Hello.

I have 3 phone nr in the system now. Old phone nr that is not active and gone basically. Now the problem is I need to remove the third Nr because the system isn't flexible enough to understand that I need confirmation SMS on my new nr.

Help would be much appreciated!
