Can’t remove bank from PayPal

Since last friday I have trying to remove my bank from PayPal. A message keeps popping up telling me to try again later. I have no pending transactions. It’s the only bank linked to PayPal. I have no credit card linked to my PayPal.

As your bank account verifies your paypal account then if its the only bank account on your paypal account you would need to add another replacement bank account before you could remove the other one (last line in link).
