Hi. Please can anyone help how do to retrieve my old account. I accidentally sent money thinking it was gonna go through my gcash account. It turns out it was sent to my old account which I can’t remember my password. I tried the suggested steps but they don’t recognize/confirm my email when in fact when i try to “forgot my email” they do recognize it but when i try to recreate my password they don’t recognize it. Please help me, that money was for an emergency. Sent Php 3K to my account
