Can't logon because id verification not working

Hi

I can't log on to my account.  The system says its sending a 4 digit verification code to my home phone number (the part of the phone number shown is correct), but no phone call is made.   What do I do?   Thanks.

Think it only works not with a mobile phone number added to your paypal account.
