Can't login to app

For the past for days, I have not been able to login to the app. Pin and password. Web browser is fine. What gives?!?

this has been happening to me since day one. i opened my account fine and every single time i try to use the app it says “we’re having trouble completing your request right now”. so i’ve just been using the web browser version and it’s starting to get real annoying.
