Can't login (not the usual reason)

Hi there,

I'm trying to login into my business account but all it does is reload the page and then send me to the login page again without giving me info about what the problem is.

No incorrect password errors... nothing!

Is my account locked or is it hacked? 

I'm desperate I don't know what to do.

Me too, I can  log into my account, but not into my moms account. No error message, just the login page again.

I can however log into the app with both accounts, but not on Desktop.

I tried on my phone as well but still nothing.
