I can't log into my old paypal account. I have access to the email, but resetting the PW requires email access + either security questions or phone access. I no longer have that phone number, and no longer remember the answers (or I'm inputting the answers but it says they're wrong...). My boss sent a payment to that email, instead of the correct one (as I have two on file) and now I can't get that money. He said he won't reimburse me and that I have to figure it out with paypal. For some reason the payment is marked as complete, even though I clearly have not completed it. What can I do?
