Can't login, can't message support without logging in!!

Hi,

Hope someone can help, I'm having a ridiculous circle of "We're sorry, we can't log you in. Contact Customer Service for more help, or try logging in again."

Ok, so follow contact us link, and in order to email or message I have to login. How am I supposed to report a problem if I'm not able to get in contact?!.

I can reset my password which I've already done, and recieve verification texts fine
