I'm Nick from Philippines. My account was temporarily blocked yesterday due to excessive trying of paying due to their security system. I'm trying to log in but it always says "Sorry we couldn't identify you" after clicking the "Secure my account" button. I tried to change my password but the same still happens.
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this? I can't find on how to contact PayPal and I think they don't have a customer service here in the Philippines.
